Instruments offers a choice of one or two station Temperature
Controllers in two different styles of digital display controllers and
one style of analog display controller. All of our temperature
controllers have a panel mounted circuit breaker and a separate solid
state output relay for high output reliability. Our heavy duty
controllers have a separate slow-blow 25 amp fuse that is panel mounted
for easy access and are typically used with 50 to 100 foot heated
sample lines. These temperature controllers can be used in Continuous
Emissions Monitoring (CEM) in any application where there is a need to
control temperature. The single station controller is primarily
partnered with our shorter self regulating heated sample lines. The
dual station controllers can be used in configurations that require
control of any two heated devices such as the probe/oven combination or
the probe/heated sample line. |

• External
vertically mounted aluminum heat sinks for better heat transfer from
relays
• Compact size: 8.5” x 7.25” x
6.5”
• Oversized solid state relays- 25 Amp
(45 Amp available for high output)
• Type K thermocouple input (other models available upon
request)
• Standard receptacles for power output

| Analog Display Temperature Controllers
Features:
• Dual scale dial calibrated in both °F and °C
(0-800°F/0-427°C)
• LED deviation indicator shows the process temperature below,
at or above set value
• The set pointer is located close to the scale so that the
parallax error is held to a minimum
• 1/16 DIN controller
• Time proportioning logic

240 Volt Operation is available for
all controllers. Add “V” to end of part number.
(e.g. ICS-141V)
Standard duty controllers offer an optional 4-pin circular connector
for power output. Add “A” to end of part number
(e.g. ICS-141A) |
