In 1980, Albert Buck, CIH, developed the first BUCK calibrator for the industrial hygiene and environmental markets. This breakthrough brought modern electronic and microprocessor-controlled technology to the tedious task of calibrating air sampling pumps. Combining ease of operation with absolute accuracy, the mini-BUCK Calibrator provides instantaneous calibration.

It's more than a calibrator for vacuum and pressure sample pumps, the mini-BUCK Calibrator is also suitable for verifying rotometers, setting instrument panels and calibrating gas chromatographs. It has a rechargeable battery system that saves battery life. With a full charge the mini-BUCK nickel-cadmium battery has an 8-hour continuous life use rating. The unit automatically shuts off after being idle for seven minutes, saving battery life. A battery check indicator lights when recharging is necessary. With the mini-BUCK calibrator, you get fast and accurate calibration plus traceability, a primary gas flow standard, NIST traceable with accuracy to +/- 0.5% of any display and accurate at any altitude.
