Smart Pump Advanced Technology
Internal sensors provide digital flow displays and automatic flow adjustments for variations in temperature and atmospheric pressure. Four sensors monitor:
- Barometric Pressure
- Temperature
- Voltage and Current
- Differential Pressure
Versatile Programming
The GENIE "smart pump" features allow program options with or without a PC. Easy to read function modes allow programming parameters to be selected directly via the keypad on the pump or through a PC with the optional BUCK LINK SOFTWARE.
Computer/Printer Interface
Interface allows programming and downloading of pump run data to a PC with the BUCK LINK Software program to create customized sampling reports and pump history.
Utilizing the same port, direct connection of the pump to a printer allows printout of 10 days of run logs independent of the Buck Link software (with optional adapter)
Lightweight and Rugged
The GENIE is a compact, lightweight 22 ounces housed in water-resistant, high impact strength, polycarbonate plastic case. Digital circuitry provides RFI/EMI immunity.
One-Hour Rechargeable Batteries
With the optional BUCK AUTO-QUIK charger system, the BUCK pumps can be recharged automatically in one hour or less, (multiple Extended packs require up to two hours). The unique software in the charger diagnoses each pack individually and delivers the optimum voltage before switching to trickle mode. No buttons to push, no programming and simple, automatic recharge.
Selectable Flow Modes
The pump will display in the following selectable
modes:
- Volumetric Flow (displays true flow and accumulated volume) Common mode of sampling pumps.
- STP Mode - displays true flow corrected for Standard Temperature and Pressure.
- Constant Pressure Flow (Low Flows from 5 to 800 cc/m)
Security Keypad Lock System
A preset dual lock system. One code locks the keypad to prevent tampering or accidental turn off during sampling. A second code allows protection against accidental changes in pump sample data.
Calendar/Clock Display
The pump displays a full calendar by day, month and year, and is equipped to deal with the year 2000 rollover. A real-time clock in AM and PM is also displayed. A sleep timer allows advanced programming with automatic turn on and off.
Intelligent LCD Displays
The Genie's two line alphanumeric display
provides intelligent, easy to read data. The
displays toggle via the keypad to access the
following information:
- Flow rate in volumetric or STP corrected flow
- Measured back pressure from sample
- Calculated run time based on current drain and battery voltage.
- Total volume collected based on flow x elapsed run time.
- Barometric pressure and temperature
- Elapsed time
- Day, month, year and time of day
- Flow interruption
- Battery status
10 Year Lithium Battery Backup
An internal lithium battery protects loss of data during battery removal or low battery shut-off. Pump stores up to 10 days of sample data before downloading is required.
