System Description:
Each
Model 1401 Oxygen Analyzer System consists of a zirconium oxide fuel
sensor mounted in a heavy duty probe with lengths from 18" to 12 feet
(0.5 to 6 meters), electronics in a NEMA 12 enclosure. The 1401 is
designed to provide accurate, continuous oxygen measurements on a long
term basis with a minimum of maintenance. In the event of a component
failure, the probe can be easily disassembled in the field, and the
fuel cell sensor, heater, and temperature sensor assembly can be
quickly and easily replaced. Costly downtime awaiting factory repairs
can be avoided.
For
Hazardous location applications a Class I, Group C&D, Class II,
Groups E,F&G enclosure is available.

Features:
Reliable - Measurements are made on
"wet, total sample basis" using the well known Nernst equation.
Zirconium oxide fuel cell measurement of oxygen is currently used in
installations worldwide.
5 Micro Diffusion Element - The
reusable diffusion element is easily removed for cleaning.
On-Line Calibration - The oxygen
sensor cell can operate for months without calibration, however a inlet
port is available to test the system with certified gases.
No Sample Lines- No sample lines
to clog, leak, dilute or slow system response time.
Low Maintenance- Long term,
continuous operation with a minimum amount of operator intervention.
All sensor components are easily assessable and can be field serviced
utilizing EMS cell kit assembly.
