Apex Instruments Isokinetic Method 5 Source Sampler Consoles are manufactured to conform with the construction design criteria and specifications cited in US EPA Method 5, Code of Federal Regulations (40CFR Part 60) and APTD-0581 Document. Our source sampler consoles allow operators to monitor gas velocities, temperatures, pressures and sample flow rates for maintaining isokinetic sampling conditions. With proper sampling, the sample gas enters the nozzle at velocity equal to approaching gas velocity. All Apex Instruments Models are interchangeable and compatible with most others currently in use. All consoles come standard with the Lubricated Rotary Vane Pump.

It has all the great features you want and the reliability you need. Field set up is easy with non-reversible external pump connections and the industry standard 4-pin electrical connector. MC-563 Source Sampler Console
The Model 563 Source Sampler Console features the SK-25 Dry Gas Meter with optical encoder and digital totalizer. The Model 563 also features differential pressure transducers for DP and DH. The temperature controllers, thermometer and timer all have digital displays. Includes an External Rotary Vane Pump. English units standard, metric available, add ?M? to end of part number.

The Model 572 Source Sampler Console is our most popular model for export with a high quality metric dry gas meter, large odometer style index and easy to see flow indicator wheel, which is great for leak checks. All displays are in metric units. The MC-572 also features a dual column inclined manometer with leveling mechanism. The small lightweight gas meter is ideally suited for both particulate and low flow gaseous sampling. Includes an External Rotary Vane Pump. Method 17 Source Sampler Console
Apex Instruments Isokinetic MC-170 Source Sampler Console for in-stack particulate sampling is economical and lightweight (32.5 lbs./ 14.8kg). This console is suitable for many isokinetic and gaseous sampling methods, including US EPA Method 17 and ISO9096. The MC-170 is custom manufactured to your specifications with internal or external pump, a choice between Magnehelics? or digital pressure transducer for DP, orifice tube or flowmeter for sample flow rate. The base model contains a metric SK-25 dry gas meter, a digital temperature display, stainless steel fittings and universal type K thermocouple jacks.
